34′ × 48′ enclosed calving barn
This one is already built and sitting on the lot. It is a working
calving barn — heavy duty bull gates forming pens down both
sides, a sorting alley, and a Powder River S-1500 self-catch head
gate at the end of it. Two split gates at the head catch let
suckling calves through. Sliding doors on both gable ends,
transparent light panels along the eave, and drip stop applied to
the roofing and the siding.

Straight talk: this one was built for calving, not for horses. The
bull gates and head gate are cattle equipment, and the pen layout
is not how we would spec a horse barn from scratch. It can be run
as a horse barn, and gates can come out. The upside is that it is
already built — no six-week wait.
